She growing up!

I've been trying for months to convince Lauren to let me braid her hair. On Sunday, out of the blue, she asked me for braids.  I think it had to be her idea.  Doesn't she look so grown up?!

so cute, and those braids are perfect! Can't believe her hair is long enough to do those, since I saw her when she had the little pokey pigtails when we left:)

YES!! She DOES look grown up. And it seems like yesterday you were carrying her in the baby bjorn at the park. Amazing. And I WISH my girls would let me do french braids. They just whine and cry and we all end up grouchy. Nice job with Lauren.

I remember how frustrated I got after finally getting a girl after three boys; she wouldn't let me touch her hair!! Now, of course, I have no hair skills whatsoever, so there you go. She is darling, and I can't believe how big all of them are getting. They're all beautiful!

How did that happen? She really does look older with braids. Very cute and great job!

So sweet! My sister always tried to teach me how to french braid but I refused to learn. I'll probably regret it when Esther starts asking for interesting things to be done to her hair. It's all I can manage to get two crooked pigtails in!

I love that she already knows how to strike a pose! Hair-do blog posts always make me wish for a girl :)
